Teacher Spotlight: Hollie Pennington
The Spartanburg District Three Teacher Forum is proud to recognize Hollie Pennington as our Teacher Spotlight this quarter!
With years of experience and a deep dedication to her profession, Hollie consistently goes above and beyond—not only in her own classroom, but throughout the halls of Daniel Morgan Technology Center (DMTC). She’s known for her expert instruction, her unwavering support of fellow educators, and her ability to bring out the very best in her students.
Over the course of her four-semester class, Hollie guides her students with care, patience, and a clear vision for their growth. Her commitment was on full display this year as she proudly supported a student all the way to the SkillsUSA National Competition—a true testament to the impact of her teaching.
What truly sets Hollie apart is the way she models professionalism each and every day. As we've been focusing on the importance of soft skills, Hollie stands as a living example for both students and staff. Her work ethic, communication, and leadership set a high standard, making her not only an incredible teacher but also a role model for the DMTC community.
Please join us in celebrating Hollie Pennington—a remarkable educator and this quarter’s outstanding Teacher Spotlight!
