Students really enjoyed dressing up for Red Ribbon Week!

Thank you to the Pacolet Elementary School PTO for your recent donation to our Donor's Choose project, Pete's Treats. PES is raising funds to purchase a book vending machine like the one pictured. Donors Choose is a nonprofit organization so donations are tax deductible. Please share with anyone that may like to partner with us. We are so excited to get books in kids' hands so they can build their own personal libraries while we motivate and reward our readers! Thank you for your support!

Kindergarten students in Mrs. Price and Lemmonds' class wrote “how to” books on how to make pudding. After completing their books, they made four kinds and then shared pudding samples with Mrs. Taylor’s 3rd-grade class so they could collect data that they could graph and analyze. Yum!

What a fun day in Mrs. Andrew's 1st grade class! They had a restaurant/picnic themed day! Students retold stories by making a retelling sandwich, explored books through a book buffet, and listened to guest readers!

Congratulations to our Terrific Kids for February!
