Hospitality Day at the State House

DMTC Culinary students participated in SCRLA’s Hospitality Day at the State House.  Students prepared and served Crispy Pork Belly with Curtido and Guava Ketchup and Gazpacho with Lime Pickled Shrimp to the state legislators and their staff.
